On January 4th, surrounded by friends, family and constituents, our Associate Director, Charlotte Warren, was sworn in as Mayor of the city of Hallowell. She delivered a fantastic speech where she recognized the accomplishments of the council members, referenced Hallowell’s history and literature, and spoke concretely about the direction she wanted to see Hallowell go in during her tenure as mayor.
