Providing paid sick days would not be hard for business owners to keep track of

Most employers (esp. the employers that have over 50 employees) keep track of their employee’s hours – thus keeping track of accrued hours would not be challenging. I don’t know about you, but no matter how small the business  I have worked for, my employer always kept track of my hours – it is what you do if you have to pay your employees!
