Join us on Tuesday, October 27 and Monday, November 16 at 12 PM for a two-session virtual workshop on communicating across political differences in everyday relationships. The sessions will offer practical tools for talking with family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and community members who hold different political perspectives.
The goal is not political persuasion or neutrality. Rather, participants will practice curiosity, active listening, empathy, finding common ground, and while recognizing when disengagement and healthy boundaries are necessary. The workshops will also address intersectionality, racial equity, and the responsibility of participants to understand their own roles in conversations across differences.
