Do you want your own dedicated office space or desk in Augusta? Need a cozy, connected space to host a meeting, a workshop, or to prep for or recover from an advocacy day at the State House? Meet us at the FAM: the Feminist Alliance of Maine. We offer space for meetings, coworking and full-time headquarters for like-minded nonprofits in downtown Augusta, with a kitchenette, large and small conference rooms, pumping room, lounge area, supplies, and high speed internet and printing access.

Partner organization private office rental

You need your own, dedicated private office space in Augusta for your small nonprofit.

Current availability: 11 foot by 15 foot dedicated, private office space in secure, shared, keyless access office. Includes: high speed internet access; printer/copier access; supply workroom with access to shared-used office supplies; ability to send and receive physical mail on-site; unlimited use of conference rooms, kitchenette, and coworking space; access to basement storage space.

Monthly rental fee: $750

You need a dedicated desk to work from, and access to other office amenities.

Includes: Dedicated desk in coworking space in secure, shared, keyless access office; high speed internet access; printer/copier access, supply workroom with access to shared-used office supplies, unlimited use of conference rooms, kitchenette, and coworking space; access to basement storage space.

Deskmate rental

Coworking space rental

You need an office space to work from when you are in Augusta.

Includes: Access to coworking space in shared, secure, keyless access office; high speed internet access, access to printer/copier, use of supply workroom, use of conference rooms and kitchenette.

Monthly fee: $125

Conference room rental

You need a conference room in Augusta in which to hold board meetings, planning groups and similar events.

Includes: Access to conference room with capacity for up to 20 people in shared, secure, keyless access office; high speed internet access; full set-up for hybrid/virtual meetings, including TV and whiteboard; access to kitchenette.
