As we witness the rollbacks of fundamental civil and human rights at the Federal level, we must use every tool to ensure our state level rights remain protected. The Inclusive Equal Rights Amendment proposes to enshrine equal rights for ALL in our Maine Constitution and would be a concrete way to ensure our fundamental rights.
