Book groups for "Good and Mad: The Revolutionary Power of Women's Anger"

Envisioning Our Shared Power, the theme of the 2025 Gender Justice Summit, is in part inspired by this year's keynote speaker Rebecca Traister's galvanizing 2018 book, "Good and Mad: The Revolutionary Power of Women's Anger." To get everybody thinking about these big themes, we're hosting THREE book groups about "Good and Mad" ahead of the summit on Oct. 23!

Groups are scheduled for:

Porter, Maine - 6 p.m, Sept. 25, Kezar Falls Library, Porter

Portland, Maine - 5:30 p.m., Oct. 7, Luther Bonney Hall, University of Southern Maine, Portland

Bangor, Maine - 5:30 p.m., Oct. 8, Bangor Public Library, Bangor

You can sign up for the book groups alongside your summit registration - AND buy a copy of the book courtesy of our friends at Back Cove Books in Portland.

Visit https://mainewomenssummit.org/book-discussions to register. We look forward to getting into it with you!
